Helping with the construction of larger, corrugated structures, B381 is shipped to site in prefabricated curved pieces for easy field assembly. B381 has many uses, including being used in the mining industry to support heavy stockpile tunnels for train and conveyor loadout configurations. It was also used in the construction of wide span, train and conveyor bridges which carry heavy haul traffic. Additionally, B381 had use in mine portal structures where roadheader, drill and blast and TBM drift constructions were undertaken.
Standards
B381 is manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 2041.6: 2010, the Australian/New Zealand Standard which covers buried corrugated metal structures. Our B381 structures a pre-assembled in the factory for a sure fit on site.
